Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?
The orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment company. Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

Please note: 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping
How do I return a product?

We offer Free Returns on all orders. To be eligible for a return :

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition

Please note: All Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Please note that no reimbursement will be provided for any DECTOWN products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or that have been used. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product to you if it is the case.

We will give you all the information to return the products and provide you with a free return label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

If you receive a wrong item or a wrong size from your original order we will take care of everything from shipping back to us the mistaken product to ship you back a brand new one.

Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dectown.store@gmail.com. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Import taxes and duties
The prices displayed on our website does not include import taxes and duties. If you order from a country out of the E.U., your order may pass through customs and you may have to pay for import taxes and duties depending on the rate of your country.
